23100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 23100's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.
These terms apply to all users of the 23100 platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing any part of our website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 23100 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 23100 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 23100 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 23100 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To make full use of 23100's services, you will need to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your username and password, confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 23100 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You agree to notify us promptly of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.
User responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate registration information and keeping it updated whenever changes occur.
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt platform operations.
- Not abusing bonuses or promotions in any way that goes against the stated terms.
- Not using automation software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 23100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 23100 does not accept deposits or withdrawals made by third parties on behalf of other users.
Successful deposits are credited to your account in real time for methods such as DuitNow and FPX, subject to processing by the payment service provider. Any delays caused by the bank or payment provider are beyond 23100's control.
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days once the request has been verified. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before they can be processed. 23100 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for anti-money laundering compliance purposes before approving any withdrawal.
23100 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and investigate transactions suspected of fraud or bonus abuse. Users found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and their accounts will be terminated immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
23100 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 23100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses from betting and gaming activity.
All content on the 23100 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and page layouts, is the property of 23100 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from 23100.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 23100 has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
23100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have breached any of the terms in this document. Circumstances that may result in suspension or account closure include:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
- Holding more than one registered account.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or other reward programmes.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
- Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems.
- Users under the age of 18 registering or using the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an internal investigation. 6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
23100 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, where necessary, through arbitration or legal proceedings within Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 23100 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
